A special blend of half red half rosé. The wine was fermented with a whole-cluster and 2 - 3 day maceration for the red. Direct press on the other hand for the rosé. Fermented and aged in large concrete vats.
It’s light and bright, falling somewhere between dark rosé and chillable red. The fruit is bright and tart, like sour cherry and pomegrante on a rocky, mineral backbone. Serve slightly chilled.
