A plush and fruity expression imbued with dark cherry, blood plum, liquorice and dried sage leaf characters. Feels supple and then rolls into a lingering, gravelly grip, delivering some structure for the upfront roll of fruit, spice and earthiness. It’s mouth-filling and soft, chock full of character and generally delicious to drink, with a savoury bent. Serious stuff.
