EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund and exhange is only applicable within 3 days if you have received the issues below :

- Wrong Items
- Broken Items
- Wrong Quantity

We reserved the right to reject any refund or exchange requirement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your wines or other merchandises.

You can always contact us for any exchange / return questions at winenotpenang@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
