WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently do same day delivery within Penang island & mainland.

*If you are based outside of Penang and interested in placing a Legle order OR more than 6 bottles of wines, please email us at winenotpenang@gmail.com and we will take it from there!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Penang Island - RM10 per order
Mainland - RM20 per order

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We will be using Grab / Lalamove to ensure you receive your order in the best condition possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We are closed on Wednesday, all orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on the next working day.
Your order should arrive on the same day when you place your order (except for Wednesday), depending on the availability of Grab Express & Lalamove.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
In most cases, we will offer to replace or refund damaged or faulty items. For more information on this, see the ‘Exchange & Refund ’ page.
