Founded in 2007 by Italian architects Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, Partida Creus is a pioneering natural winery located in Bonastre, Baix Penedès, Catalonia, Spain. Drawn by a desire to reconnect with nature, the couple left city life behind to restore abandoned vineyards and revive rare indigenous Catalan grape varieties that had nearly disappeared.

Today, Partida Creus is celebrated as one of the world's most influential natural wine producers. Working organically with old vines, the winery champions forgotten varieties such as Sumoll, Garrut, Trepat, Cartoixà Vermell, Vinyater, and Queixal de Llop, preserving the region's viticultural heritage while expressing the unique Mediterranean terroir of Penedès.

In the cellar, intervention is kept to an absolute minimum. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, while the wines are generally unfined, unfiltered, and produced with little to no added sulphur. The result is a range of vibrant, energetic wines that are fresh, expressive, and unmistakably alive—each bottle reflecting both its grape variety and its place of origin.

Recognisable by their iconic two-letter labels, Partida Creus wines have become cult favourites among natural wine enthusiasts worldwide. Their commitment to authenticity, biodiversity, and the revival of forgotten grapes has made the winery a benchmark for modern low-intervention winemaking.
