MYR 220.00

Type: White (Natural / Organic / Low-Intervention)
Region: Baix Penedès, Catalonia, Spain
Grapes: Predominantly Macabeu, with a small proportion of Cartoixa Vermell
Alcohol ABV: 10%

Tasting Profile and Key Notes:
Fresh, vibrant and intensely saline, with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, pear, white peach and wild herbs, complemented by subtle notes of beeswax and wet stone. Light-bodied with crisp acidity, a delicate creamy texture and a long mineral finish that beautifully reflects its Mediterranean origin.

Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested from old vineyards and undergo a short maceration of one to three days before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and lively character. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur, staying true to Partida Creus' minimalist natural winemaking philosophy.

Farming:
The fruit comes from organically farmed old bush vines planted on calcareous clay soils in Baix Penedès, Catalonia. Partida Creus is dedicated to preserving rare indigenous Catalan grape varieties while farming without synthetic chemicals, encouraging biodiversity and healthy living soils. The Mediterranean climate and limestone-rich terroir give the wine its distinctive freshness, salinity and mineral precision.
