Pépin is a collaborative natural wine project founded in Alsace, France, bringing together a collective of like-minded organic and biodynamic growers who share a passion for low-intervention winemaking. Rather than focusing on a single estate, Pépin celebrates the diversity of terroirs and grape varieties through carefully crafted wines that are approachable, vibrant, and full of character.
Working exclusively with sustainably farmed fruit, the project embraces spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are produced with little or no added sulphur, and are generally unfined and unfiltered, allowing each cuvée to express its purity, freshness, and sense of place.
Designed to be joyful, accessible, and food-friendly, Pépin wines offer a fresh perspective on natural wine—combining quality, drinkability, and authenticity. Their playful labels and consistently expressive style have made them a favourite among both newcomers and seasoned natural wine enthusiasts alike.
