Fresh and elegant, with aromas of white flowers, pear, white peach, fennel and green tea. Medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, a soft, rounded texture from lees ageing and a long mineral finish with hints of citrus and orchard fruit.

Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested from a single old-vine Viura vineyard planted on clay-loam soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 15–16°C over approximately 32 days, preserving freshness while developing aromatic complexity. The wine is aged on its fine lees for four months before bottling, adding texture and depth without the influence of oak.

The fruit comes from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Yerri Valley of Navarra, where cool-climate conditions help preserve freshness and natural acidity. The clay-loam soils provide good water retention and contribute to the wine's structure and mineral character.
