Grapes: 100% Nero d'Avola
Alcohol ABV: 11%

Bright, vibrant and effortlessly drinkable, with aromas of candied strawberry, rose petals and strawberries & cream, followed by hints of white peach and nectarine. Light-bodied with crisp natural acidity, a silky texture and a refreshing dry finish that balances juicy fruit with elegant freshness.
Winemaking:
The Nero d'Avola is harvested by hand from certified organic vineyards and wild fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled with minimal intervention to preserve the purity, vibrant fruit and naturally lively character of the variety.
Farming:
The fruit comes from the Bassham family's certified organic vineyard in Barmera, Riverland, where Nero d'Avola thrives in the hot, dry climate. The vineyard is farmed using organic practices that promote healthy soils, biodiversity and sustainable water management. Delinquente Wine Co. focuses on Southern Italian grape varieties that are naturally drought-tolerant and well suited to Australia's warm climate, producing fresh, lower-alcohol wines with minimal intervention.
