Type: Orange / Skin-Contact White (Natural / Low-Intervention)
Region: Eguisheim, Alsace, France (Vin de France)
Grapes: 100% Muscat Ottonel
Alcohol ABV: 13%

Tasting Profile and Key Notes:
Aromatic and expressive, with notes of orange blossom, jasmine, lemon peel, ripe citrus and delicate exotic fruit. Medium-bodied with a silky texture, gentle phenolic grip from skin contact, refreshing acidity and a long, floral finish with a subtle savoury complexity.

Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and macerated on their skins for around 10 days, allowing the wine to gain texture, colour and aromatic depth. After pressing, the wine is fermented and aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 months. It is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur addition, preserving the purity and natural expression of the Muscat variety.

Farming:
The grapes come from vineyards in Eguisheim, Alsace, planted on clay-limestone soils with a south-east exposure under a continental climate. The vines have an average age of around 33 years, contributing concentration and complexity to the wine. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2007 and follows Demeter and Biodyvin biodynamic principles, focusing on biodiversity and healthy living soils.
