Aroma:
Bright and expressive aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberry, wild strawberry, and red currant. Subtle notes of violet, gentle spice, and a hint of savoury earthiness add complexity, creating an approachable and elegant expression of Pinot Noir from southern France.

Palate:
Light to medium-bodied, juicy, and smooth with vibrant red berry flavours supported by fresh acidity and soft tannins. The palate shows a delicate balance of ripe fruit, subtle savoury notes, and a silky texture, finishing clean and refreshing with lingering cherry and raspberry character.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards across the sunny Languedoc region and vinified to preserve Pinot Noir’s fresh fruit character. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with gentle extraction to develop colour, aroma, and soft structure. A portion of the wine receives subtle oak influence through oak staves during maturation, adding roundness and complexity while maintaining freshness and drinkability.

Farming

The vineyards are located in the coastal and inland areas of Pays d’Oc, where the Mediterranean climate provides abundant sunshine while cooling influences help retain freshness in the grapes. The diverse soils of Languedoc, including clay, limestone, and gravel, contribute to the wine’s balance, aromatic intensity, and approachable character.
